Waking up rly in the morning is one of the toughest tasks for us.Most of the people find it difficult to wake up rly in the morning even after keeping an alarm.



Here are few points to wake up rly in the morning:

1. If you want to wake up at 5:00 A.M in the morning, you just
need to drink three glasses of water before going to bed.

2. If you want to wake up at 6:00 A.M in the morning, you just
need to drink two glasses of water before going to bed

3. Similarly, if you want to wake up at 7:00 A.M in the morning,
you need yo drink only one glass of milk before going to bed

This is the best way to wake up rly in the morning!
