I experienced this problem in my mobile and the following steps were the cure.But before doing the following, try clning the charging pins of your mobile and the charger.
Make sure your battery is in a good condition.Change your charger. ( to an Original charger ) . Your problem should be solved now. If not, Change the charger port in your mobile.
